      My Studio Pay account has been closed

      We have taken the difficult decision to withdraw our Studio Pay credit product.

      You will still be able to shop with Studio and Ace but will need to purchase using an alternative payment method. 

      What happens if my Studio Pay credit account is being closed?

      If we've contacted you about an update on your Studio Pay credit account, here’s what you need to know:

      • No further orders: You won’t be able to place any new orders using your Studio Pay account.
      • Please do not make any payments to Studio Pay. If you have been transferred to Link Financial contact them using the contact details found here to find out how to make a payment. If you have switched to Frasers Plus click here to find how to make a payment.
      • If you would like to request any previous Studio Pay account statement or have credit file, warranty or fraud queries: You can get in touch using the secure online contact form and using the “support" button in the bottom right corner of this page.
