      My Studio Pay account is being closed

      We have taken the difficult decision to withdraw our Studio Pay credit product.

      We have sent an email or letter to inform you of your Studio Pay account closing. Please check your email inbox and junk folder.

      You will still be able to shop with Studio but will need to purchase using an alternative payment method. 

      What happens if my Studio Pay credit account is being closed?

      If we've contacted you about an update on your Studio Pay credit account, here’s what you need to know:

      • No further orders: You won’t be able to place any new orders using your Studio Pay account.
      • Account closure timeline: Two months after the date of our email or letter, your Studio Pay credit account will be closed. You should download any past statements that you want to retain before your account closes.
      • Repayments continue as normal: If you have an outstanding balance, you’ll still need to make your monthly payments as shown on your statements.
      • Account access remains available: You can continue to log in and view your account details, including upcoming payments, your current balance, and past statements, until the account is closed.

      What do I need I do now?

      You don't need to take any action other than continuing to manage your account and making your monthly contractual payments.
