      Studio Pay is no longer available as a payment option

      Studio Pay is no longer available as a payment option on Studio, Ace or any other retail websites. This means you will no longer be able to make purchases using your Studio Pay account.

      We would like to thank you for being a Studio Pay customer and appreciate your understanding during this transition.

      What happens to my Studio Pay account and balance?

      If you have an outstanding balance on your Studio Pay account, you'll need to continue making your monthly contractual payments as shown on your account statement which we will continue to send to you until any outstanding balance is cleared. 

      If you pay by direct debit there's nothing you need to do. If you don't pay by direct debit see our ‘How to make payments’ FAQ

      If you don't have an outstanding balance, there is nothing you need to do. Your Studio Pay account will be closed and we'll be in touch with more information regarding when this will happen.
